Welcome to Holworthy
farm- a 200-acre livestock farm on the banks of Wimbleball Lake, situated
in the heart of Somerset. This peaceful valley was flooded in 1977 to
create one of the most scenic reservoirs ever. Idyllic for walking, riding,
pic-nicing, fishing exploring wooded nature trails or just escaping from
the pressures of modern life.

We have been offering
farmhouse accommodation for over 20 years now & our visitors have
become friends of the family. In 1999, we sympathetically extended our
cosy old farmhouse to ensure utmost comfort for our guests while preserving
the building's 200-year-old charm. We have 5 rooms 2 double & 3 twin
bedded rooms all with spacious en suite bathrooms (or showers), televisions,
tea/coffee making facilities & wonderful country views.
Rates
£30 B&B per night per person.
£15 Evening dinner-optional.
Children under 5yrs free.
Discounts up to 16yrs.

The Wheeleyboat
-accesssible boating in on Wimbleball for disabled people : Fishing, Pleasure
boating, Nature watching Picnics & Family fun.

There is plenty of space to unwind in the large sun lounge that has spectacular
views over the garden & lake. There is a cosy sitting room with a
log fire.
Dinner is optional & special diets catered for with notice. You are
welcome to bring your own wines or spirits to the table.
Children of all ages are most welcome we have a cot, high chair &
playroom.

150 yds from the garden, a fishermen's paradise. These were caught by
